Sasha very quickly got to grips with where I needed support and help in reducing my time spent in the 'wrong' places and where she could take tasks away from me to manage. I initially struggled with letting go as I like to be in control but once Sasha got to work, there was no turning back - at every opportunity now, I am adding to Sasha's to-do list and reducing mine - which allows me to spend my time where I am most valued - at the income-generating end of my business.
